The chiffon blouse has an exaggerated, billowing bishop style sleeve with a ecru satin ribbon and cut-out detail. The top is paired with a ecru capri length pant that has satin ribbon ties at the hem of the pant that create a bow. Waist up to 32”, but can be snatched with the part that ties around the waist. Bust: 34”, has room due to the open gap as well.
Pants: FR 36
waist 27” and hips 34”, has elastano, so it does have some room. It was a little tight on me, but it fully closed, I have 39” hips.
